1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Amber Lounge website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Amber Lounge. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

Prices displayed on the website are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Payment

Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation. Payment must be received within the timeframe indicated in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by event and product. The following general terms apply unless otherwise stated:

• —Cancellations made 60 or more days before the event: full refund less a 10% administrative fee
• —Cancellations made 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund
• —Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event: no refund
• —Bookings are transferable to another named guest with 14 days' written notice

5. Event Changes

Amber Lounge reserves the right to alter event programming, entertainment, menus, and venue details without prior notice. In the event of a full event cancellation by Amber Lounge, all confirmed bookings will be refunded in full.

6. Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times. Amber Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Amber Lounge Pte. Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amber Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
