Dress Code
Amber Lounge maintains a strict dress code across all events and locations. The standard is cocktail attire or above.
Acceptable
- —Cocktail dresses and evening wear
- —Tailored suits and blazers
- —Smart trousers with collared shirts
- —Dress shoes, heels, smart loafers
- —Evening jumpsuits and tailored separates
Not Permitted
- —Sportswear, trainers, or athletic shoes
- —Shorts, flip-flops, or beachwear
- —Ripped or distressed clothing
- —Casual denim (dark tailored denim may be accepted)
- —Branded or logo-heavy clothing
Amber Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet the dress code, without refund.
Age Restrictions
All Amber Lounge events are strictly 18+ (21+ in some jurisdictions where local law requires). Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. We accept passports, national identity cards, and driver's licences. Photocopies, digital images, and expired documents are not accepted.
Entry & Security
- —All guests must present their booking confirmation (email or printed) and valid photo ID at the door
- —Amber Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry at its sole discretion
- —Bag searches may be conducted at entry points
- —No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue
- —Professional cameras and recording equipment require prior press accreditation
- —Re-entry is not guaranteed once a guest has left the venue
Refund Policy
All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions. In summary:
If Amber Lounge cancels an event, all confirmed bookings will be refunded in full.
Photography & Media
By attending an Amber Lounge event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place. Images and footage may be used by Amber Lounge for marketing, editorial, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our events team upon arrival.
Responsible Service
Amber Lounge adheres to responsible service of alcohol practices across all venues and jurisdictions. Our staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated. We encourage guests to arrange appropriate transport before and after the event.
Liability & Personal Belongings
Amber Lounge does not accept responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings at any event. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times. Cloakroom services, where available, are provided at the guest's own risk.
